Reiki Healing

As a certified Reiki Master, I use this ancient Japanese technique to help heal and balance your body and mind. Reiki assists in reducing stress, promoting relaxation, and enhancing your body’s natural healing abilities. By balancing the energy centers within your body, you can feel rejuvenated, calm, and in harmony once again.

 

Medium Consultations

With my gifts of clairsentience and clairvoyance, I can tune into your energy and sense your deeper emotions. This allows me to help you identify and process personal blockages and unresolved emotions. Through this, you can connect more deeply with your true self and find inner peace.

 

As a medium, I act as a bridge between you and the spiritual realm. I can help you connect with loved ones who have passed, offering insights and messages that can bring comfort and clarity. These sessions can support you in processing grief, finding answers to life’s questions, and gaining a deeper understanding of your life path.

 

Readings

Readings are focused on gaining insights into your current situation, future, or specific questions you may have. During a reading, I use my intuitive abilities, and sometimes tools such as cards or pendulums, to receive answers that can help guide your decisions, shed light on patterns in your life, or offer clarity on a particular matter.

 

Shadow Work/Coaching

Shadow work is a process of self-discovery, where you explore the less visible sides of yourself—often referred to as your shadow. This work helps you recognize and process old patterns, unresolved emotions, and underdeveloped aspects of your personality. Through shadow work, you gain deeper self-awareness, release limiting beliefs, and cultivate self-acceptance and inner peace.

Inner Child Therapy

Our childhood experiences form the foundation of who we are. Trauma and unresolved emotions from this period can continue to affect our adult lives. As an inner child therapist, I help guide you in discovering and healing these old wounds.
